Razorfish is looking for a HR Coordinator to join our small but scrappy Employee Services team. This role
will provide general HRIS and HR program administrative support. You'll need to exhibit grace under pressure - high deliverable, time sensitive, fast paced environment - eye for detail is a MUST!
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Program administration - you'll help keep many of our critical HR programs running, including new hire & exit surveys, benefits administration, employee referral program, executive perk reimbursements, etc.
  • Systems - you'll have ownership of a number of time-sensitive data uploads and exports, as well as serve as main POC for HR/IT issues.
  • Reporting - you'll develop and run standard & ad hoc reports in EIS, and help educate & advise end users in system utilization and report writing.
  • Initiate ad hoc background checks and provide employment verifications as needed.
  • Additional duties - you'll be cross-trained on key job functions around HRIS maintenance & payroll file prep; provide back-up support, other special projects & administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED or more.
  • 2-4 years administrative or related experience (e.g., finance, banking, auditing)
    • One year general HR knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with ORACLE or other ERP system a plus.
  • Experience with one or all of the following system a plus – ADP, Taleo, iCIMS, Success Factors, Enwisen.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite a must.
  • Demonstrated experience working successfully in an environment with multiple, competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform detailed, quality work.
