Sponsoring a Seattle SHRM Chapter meeting provides an exceptional opportunity to showcase your company to 450+ active members through our email communications, a month of front page website exposure, a full year of vendor directory exposure and direct access to 100-150 meeting attendees.   This exposure translates into an increased customer base and patronage for your company, which in turn translates into greater financial success.

Your company is also supporting a non-profit organization dedicated to providing meaningful programming and opportunities for Human Resource professionals and students in the Greater Seattle Area.

Our standard meeting sponsorship rate is $1,000 and includes the following:

  • Two VIP guest list invitations to attend the meeting.
     
  • A dedicated table to display your company's information and any promotional materials for take-away.
     
  • The opportunity to address our meeting attendees and introduce your company and its services.
     
  • The option to collect contact business cards from our meeting attendees and hold a raffle/drawing.
     
  • Automatic Vendor posting allowing your company to be listed in our HR Marketplace for an entire year ($200 value).
     

All meeting sponsors are recognized on our website homepage with a logo and short, 50-word summary of services for the month prior to the chapter meetings.  Sponsors are also mentioned in any communications about the meeting sent to our email lists.  Please contact Walter Winter, Partnerships Director at Sponsorship@shrm-seattle.com to express interest.

Once your sponsorship is confirmed, you will be asked for your logo in .jpg or .gif form, your 50-word content, and company website address. We will place it on our website along with information about the meeting(s) you have chosen to sponsor.
